⭐ High-Quality Tent Pegs
I am a product designer. I believe in good products. By good products, I mean durable products. High-quality products.
High-quality products last longer. And the longer they last, the less often you need to replace them.
I have my pegs made from high-grade aluminum and titanium. The recycling value of aluminum is very high. This is why, for example, soda cans are made from aluminum.
So, you can simply dispose of your broken pegs in the PMD bin. They are sorted out during the recycling process and given a new life. As a soda can, for example.
Titanium is relatively difficult to process due to the high processing temperatures. However, because of its high price per kilogram, it is profitable (yes, unfortunately, profitability is still considered), and therefore, titanium can also go in the PMD bin.
But then again, titanium is extremely tough, so they won't break easily!
👝 Peg Bags Made from Scrap Material
Tent pegs without a peg bag are like a horse without reins.
After some explorations with foreign factories, I chose a sustainable product. And it’s even a Dutch product!
I collaborated with a major tent manufacturer in the Netherlands to develop a peg bag made from leftover materials from tent production. When a tent is cut out, there are leftover pieces that are useless. But not to me: I find it wonderful material and I give it a new life in a fantastic peg bag.
What kind of quality do you get? Haha, much too high for a peg bag, of course. But it is very beautiful and durable. With every set of tent pegs, you get one from me!

The production of pegs requires energy. I offset my CO2 footprint by planting trees. I do this through Trees for All.

PEOPLE 🧑🏽🤝🧑🏽
💰 Kiva
I invest monthly in a better future for people who have less than I do. I do this through Kiva. Kiva helps people make investments through the “crowd.” Agreements are made with these people about repayment. This doesn't always work out, and the beauty is that when it really doesn’t, the amount is forgiven. It’s a microloan, but with a negative return.
