Not completely satisfied with your order? No problem! At Haringboer, customer satisfaction is our top priority. On this page, you will find exactly how to exchange or return your order.
You can return your order within 30 days of delivery. For returns, we use a return portal, which makes it easy for you to send your order back.
Once we have received your return in good order, we will refund the money to your account within 7 working days.
Return Conditions
To process your return smoothly, we ask that you keep the following conditions in mind:
- The product must be returned in its original packaging.
- The product must not have been used and should be in new condition.
- Returns are only possible in full, including any parts, accessories, etc.
Note: Did you order via Bol.com or Amazon? In that case, the return process will be done through your account on their platform.
Return Process for Orders via Haringboer.nl
- Pack the item carefully: Place the product in its original packaging and ensure it is well-protected for shipping.
- Go to our return portal: Fill in the required information and select your shipping provider. You will receive a return label (either print it yourself or have it printed at the drop-off point).
- Drop off the package: Take it to a drop-off point of the chosen shipping provider.
- Inspection and processing: After receiving the return, we will check it. Is everything in order? We will then process the chosen option: refund, store credit, or exchange.
